1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or personalized products.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 14 business days.

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at sdelite19@gmail.com with details and proof of damage.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hours of purchase. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
5. Shipping for Returns
